As women we are always looking for the best beauty products, right? If you go to the drug store or department store they have tons of cleansers, moisturizers, acne scrubs and much more; its hard to choose they all sound good. Do we go with the prettiest packaging or the lowest price? No, and how do we know they even work?
There are so many questions , we have to start reading the labels there are certain acids that help with wrinkles, dry skin and acne; but if you dont know what to look for you will be using a product that wont do what it claims.
Here are my 3 Best Anti Aging Acids for Your Skin:
Wrinkles : Aging is a privilege, getting old is optional. For most of us we start to see fine lines in our skin when we get in our 40’s and we rush to go get anything that says anti aging so we can hold on to our youth as long as possible.
But the truth is half of those products don’t work because they don’t have the one ingredient that will help with wrinkles; that is Glycolic Acid. You can find it in drug stores with the anti aging products and look for 10% this helps exfoliate and remove damage from the skin, it stimulates new collagen to grow and helps keep the skin looking younger.
Dry Skin: Moisture is so important for our skin and Lactic Acid has extreme hydrating properties and it is usually found in moisturizers and very beneficial to you skin. This can found in drug stores also and look for at least 12% or Alpha Hydroxy Acid 12% is also good. Both of the products will hold and pull water into the skin. Check your favorite moisturizer and make sure it has this listed in the ingredients.
Acne: Salicylic Acid can be found in cleansers, creams or spot acne treatment. This can be found in drug stores at least 2%. I can tell you this stuff truly works, my first experience with this was after my pregnancy, I developed real bad acne. I found a product in the drug store that contained Salicylic Acid, I didn’t know at the time if it would work but I was desperate, after a couple days it was clearing up, it even cleared up the blemishes. This is highly recommended by me.
